I though (till now) the only difference between manual and auto systems was the myriad of doors, door motors, inside, outside and duct sensors and an additional computer to control them. :You mentioned wanting to add a TCA to your system in order to prevent evap freeze-up but do you have the right ECU to receive the signal?
I was going to use the output of the TCA to open a relay to interrupt the signal from the ECU to the clutch coil relay. Ideally I'd find a way to recalibrate the TSV for R134a, but that might be more trouble than what its worth.
